"Randy!" Carla ran toward the back of the hill anxiously.
"Ms. Lierger!" Freda immediately followed her.
Carla quickly rushed toward a military jeep in the garage and instructed her subordinates. "Change the vehicles and follow me."
"Yes, ma'am."
With the rest, Carla quickly drove to the back of the hill and saw three black cars speeding downhill.
"Chase them now!" she ordered anxiously.
"Yes, ma'am!" The three jeeps chased after the three black cars as quickly as they could.
Carla clenched her fists tightly. A murderous glint flashed across her narrowed eyes.
No matter who those people are, I'll never let anyone who dares to harm my children off the hook.
"Release Dori and let it track their escape route, " instructed Carla.
"Yes." Freda immediately instructed those in the villa to release the eagle.
"Screech!"
The loud shriek of an eagle suddenly sounded.
Shocked, Little Dori flew out of the car in a hurry.
"The parrot!"
Carla called out after it, but it flew away without any hesitation.
When she noticed that it was flying back toward the Giblos' residence, she stopped being worried. "It probably knows how to go home. Let's save Randy first! Quick!"
"Yes, ma'am!"
Meanwhile, Josh and Venus were frightened by the eagle's screech and quickly hid behind Bugara.
"Don't be scared! I'm here."
Bugara shielded the two kids as they got into the car. Turning around and glancing at the sky, he saw the eagle at Northridge soaring in the sky and speeding downhill.
"Those women at Northridge released that ferocious bird again. Are they trying to scare Mr. Joshua and Ms. Venus?" Polka asked indignantly. "How despicable!"
"Stop talking. Let's go!"
Bugara had a feeling that something major had happened. Feeling anxious, all he wanted to do was to leave as soon as possible.
However, when he got into the car, he realized that Randy was gone. He searched everywhere anxiously. "Where's Mr. Randy?"
"He was in the car just now!" The other bodyguards joined the search worriedly.
"Quick, retrieve the surveillance footage from the car, " urged Bugara.
"Okay." The bodyguards quickly went to retrieve it.
Bugara searched the surroundings for Randy but to no avail. However, he found a trail of footsteps on the other side. Recalling what had happened earlier, he immediately understood. He quickly went into the car and asked Josh and Venus, "Josh, Venus, do you know where Randy went?"
"I… I don't know." As Venus did not know how to lie, her eyes sparkled when she spoke.
"I don't know either, " denied Josh eagerly.
"Tell me now! Otherwise, something bad will happen!" Bugara became anxious. "Didn't you see the eagle flying just now? If Mr. Randy meets it, he'll be in danger."
"Really?" Venus became terrified when she heard it, her face turning pale. "Let's look for Randy now!"
"You must tell me first! Where did he go?" asked Bugara anxiously.
"He went to Northridge to see Mommy…"
"Venus!" Josh wanted to stop her, but he was too late.
As Venus was too worried about Randy, she blurted out the truth. After realizing that she had said something wrong, she immediately covered her mouth.
"Um…" Bugara frowned. Looks like the kids already know Carla's identity.
"I'll look for him now." He returned to his senses and instructed Polka, "Bring Josh and Venus back first while I go to Northridge to look for Randy."
"This doesn't seem right…" Josh looked at his watch and exclaimed, "Randy's not at Northridge! He's heading downhill at a rapid speed."
"Let me see…" Bugara quickly checked Josh's watch. "Randy installed a GPS on your watch. It's true that he's heading downhill! Judging from the speed, he's probably in a car…"
He ordered, "Polka, send them back while I look for Randy."
