PREVIOUSLY ON CALEB'S MIND:
I found a way to harmonize all similar sounds........but that only works when the sounds are similar, not in a situation....where the sounds are different.
"Mr Patrick, how do you know about Caleb?", ....., "...I had done a little research already, so I know a thing two about his capability, ....".
Merylin's mom, she just doesnt like me and still wants me transfered.
"I am innocent!!!!", I yelled....., "he is innocent!", the cop who held me said like someone with post traumatic stress disorder.
"you can manipulate minds!!?", Merylin asked staring at me in awe.

"Caleb, you have to tell me how you did that!", Mrs Jones and Merylin asked none stop as we drove to the house, "I don't know", I would reply, but none would believe.
To be honest I myself was puzzled, I pondered about what happened; unfortunately there was no one I could ask about it.
But Mr Patrick, he seems to be the only one I know with a substantial amount of information about me, and he doesn't seem to be a threat.
Mrs Jones finally arrived at our house, "Merylin!, does your mom know about Caleb; you know, this side of him", Mrs Jones asked , "I doubt even my dad does", she replied , "you should tell them so they tell the church and probably find a solution be it gets out of hand, cause it seems even Caleb doesn't know how to control this", she added, "I don't want them to know", Merylin replied Mrs Jones, "why dear?", Mrs Jones asked looking at Merylin, "....they might take him away", she explained, "you're right", Mrs Jones said, "so please, I beg you don't tell them; I'll help Caleb figure it out", she added, "...Merylin my dear, you've grown to be such a caring and intelligent young lady. It's okay, I'll honor that, it would be our little secret!", she said as she smiled at Merylin.
"Tell your mom I said hi when she gets back", she said as she drove off.
We got into the house and not a word was uttered. "Are you hungry?", Merylin broke the silence, "...a little", I replied, "there's nothing in the house, let's go out to get something to eat", she added as she spinned the house's door key, "..okay", I replied.
We got out and strolled in the streets as cars passed by, "woah!, whats wrong with that guy", I heard a guy comment from inside his car as he drove pass us, and other comments commenced like they did when we were being held by the cops, "here we are!", Merylin added, "Mrs Rosemary!", she called as we entered into the shop, stocked with bread of different shapes and sizes, "a second my dear!", I heard a woman call from behind, and in less than a minute the woman was out, sweating profusely, "Merylin!!", she called, "Mrs Rosemary!!!", Merylin called back a lot louder, "who's the young man?", she asked as she used a towel to wipe her sweaty face, "this is Caleb; my friend; Caleb this is Mrs Rosemary; my....", Merylin said and paused and out of no where they began to laugh.
"Merylin!", a girl called as he walked in, "Ca..le..b", she uttered as her heart began to race, "Mabel!", Merylin said as the girl got closer, "sweetie!", Mrs Rosemary said as Mabel got closer, she could barely look at my face, "....what brings you here?", she asked trying to keep the focus on Merylin, "they came to get petrol!", Mrs Rosemary replied, "okay", Mabel said as she walked away, "....wait what!!?", Mabel added seemingly realizing what her mom said as Merylin began to laugh, "what's wrong with you Mabel?", Mrs Rosemary asked, "nothing mom", she replied as she walked behind the counter, "what's up with her?", Merylin asked still keeping the smile on, "I think it's because of the cute boy you brought with you", Mrs Rosemary replied smiling at me, Merylin's heart immediately skipped a beat as she let out an obviously fake laughter; "I would have that", Merylin said immediately, "are you ok Merylin", Mrs Rosemary asked as Merylin brought out some change for the bread, "I am okay ma'am", she replied obviously lying.
We got out and she began to walk really fast, I followed in a similar pace as I wondererd why she walked with such speed; i heard someone's footsteps, quite light but running to our direction, "Merylin!", we heard Mabel call, "gosh!", Merylin exclaimed as Mabel came closer, "hey Mabel", Merylin said, with an instant change in attitude.
"can I talk to you for a sec", Mabel said to Merylin, "of course", Merylin replied, "away from him", she said attempting to point at him, "sure...Caleb dear can you do me a favour and go ahead of us", she said to me and without hesitating for even a second, I obeyed, aiding there futile attempt to keep a spoken secret from me, they waited a while for me to move far enough from them and then they began to discuss, so I stood under a tree next to me, as I listened effortlessly.
".....The thing is", she said as she put her hand behind herself intertwining in nervousness, "..I think I kinda like your brother", she said struggling to smile.
I kinda figured out that, that was what she wanted to say, and I have been irritated by the thought of it since; her cup size is too f_cking small, I wonder if the woman we met at the bakery was really her mom, cause that woman's b__bs were huge.
"can you help me talk to him please", she added as she looked at Merylin, "first of, he is not my brother", Merylin replied as the false excitement she displayed earlier began to die, "oh!", Mabel exclaimed on seeing Merylin's reaction, "....um..can you at least help me talk to him?", Mabel added, "not sure I can do that either, I am...., you know what; I will help you", Merylin said smiling, "Thanks a lot Mery!", she said and jumped on Merylin hugging; once she was done she skipped off happily as Merylin watched for a while still holding up her smile; as soon as Mabel was out of sight her true intentions sprouted out through her face like a vilian in movies. she was obviously not going to tell me and lie to Mabel that she did and I rejected her; to be honest I really don't care.
We continued our walk back to the house, "can you ride a bike", Merylin had been trying to ignite a conversation said on seeing a boy on one, "....I really don't know", I replied, "you've never rode on one?", Merylin asked looking at me, "no", I replied as we got closer to the house, "you are in luck, cause dad has one, it's been abandoned for a while but I think it can be used, we should check it out as soon as we are done eating", Merylin said as we got into the house.
"Give me some minutes, I'll be done with the toast asap", she said as she walked into the kitchen, while I sat in the living room, waiting and still trying to figure out what could have possibly led to the mind control; its getting dark due to the weather, and the Vixuses are no where to be found; Merylin's dad's come home time wasn't fixed, but her mom was usually back by 4 or 3 even, and now it's almost 5 and it's about to rain heavily.
As I stayed there thinking Merylin interupted with a shout, I quickly rushed to where she was, "what's wrong", I asked, "I got burnt, but it aint serious....wait how did you hear that?; I barely shouted", she said as she looked at me, I heard the rain, as it slowly began to pour from the sky, "you can hear long distances too?", she asked I said nothing and walked away.
I am really loosing it, I never thought my first day in the outside world would mess my head this much, "its ready", Merylin said as she got closer to where I was, "here!", she said handing me a slice of toasted bread, as well as a cup of tea with a spoon in it for steering, "you know you can trust me right?", Merylin said as she sat on the chair directly opposite me, she said and then slowly began to eat the slice of bread in her hand, and I said nothing as I too ate my slice of bread, on seeing me ignore she focused on hers, and the silence remained until we were done eating
The rain continued pouring none stop and Merylin's parents were still no where to be found, and the time was approaching 6, "seems my parents might be having a little more work on their plates and the atmosphere's seeming a little bit too cold, to sleep alone on one's bed", she added as she chewed her a bread a lot slower than she did before, I knew exactly where she was driving at, and I also know that even if Mr Vixus can leave just I and Merylin in the house without a single fear pr_cking his kind heart; Mrs Vixus on the other hand would not, and so Merylin's attempt to s_x me would fail soon; but more importantly where did this confidence come from, the Merylin I know isn't this confident, especially not around me, she's definitely under the influence of drugs or something, "come on K", let's heat up the room, she said as she took her jacket and top off, "your mom is back", I said to her, "you are lying, you just don't want to have s_x with me", she said and continued pulling down her skirt, "am serious Merylin, put your clothes back on", I said to her , "oh my God! you are right!", she said as she heard her mom select the keys to the front door, "Mery am home", her mom said as she put the key into the keyhole, it will take approximately 6 seconds for her to open the door and get in, if she sees this, she has a perfect reason to send me out of the house, and Merylin needs at least 12seconds to put her clothes back on.
4seconds later, the doors' knob was turned and the door opened, and the lights went out immediately, "woah!!!", Merylin's mom exclaimed in shock of how the lights went out as the spoon I threw at the light's switch fell on the floor, "the power's out again!", she exclaimed as I watched her bring her phone from her bag.
She brought it out and put on it's torch, "Merylin", she said as the light emitted from her phone rested on now fully clothed Merylin, "mom!", Merylin said with a hand in front of her face, obstructing the light's ray, "sorry", her mom said as she moved her phone away from her, and now to me, "Jesus!!!", she screamed frightened, "Caleb!", she called, "you scared me", she added as she turned to the kitchen, "...but there's light in the kitchen", she said as she approached the kitchen.
I quickly got up, picked up my spoon and turned the light back on, "it seems to have been faulty", I said as Mrs Vixus came back into the living room; "..so how did you fix it", Mrs Vixus asked, "...it seems the switch shakes a bit", I replied as Merylin stared at me with surprise written all over her eyes, "you guys made toast!", she said with a shade of excitment , "am starving!!", she said and walked back into the kitchen as I and Merylin went to our rooms, "how did you do that?", she asked, "do what?", I asked, "with the spoon and the light", she said looking at me still surprised, "I threw the spoon at the switch, what there do I need to explain", I said to her as I walked into my room and backed the door.
Something's amiss, "who is there!", I said as a man walked out of my cupboard, "hi Caleb!".
