On seeing that Chris has accepted the invitation, Nora tapped and said, "if we are to go, we should go with gifts for him, celebrating the opening of the hotel. We shouldn't go without gifts."
"I'll get the gifts tomorrow!", Chris replied with a nod.
"Alright", Nora replied.
"Anyways, tomorrow morning, I'll be going to the Axel group!", Nora explained.
"You are going to the Axel group tomorrow?", Tesla asked rethorically in surprise, "In that case, when you are done with what you are doing there, come and meet me. I want to drive your car to Griffin's restaurant by noon", she added.
Nora laughed and said, "I wish! I don't have a car. I usually take a cab or a bus. Or have Chris pick me up on his e bike."
"Really?", Tesla exclaimed. "Aren't you the director of the Bromwick group? How come you don't have a car", she further asked.
"I just started working there, I haven't made a dime yet. I usually spend the little I have with Chris and my mom. What I get in a month, I am only able to spare a few thousands which is not big enough to get a car", Nora replied. "But to be honest, I prefer using buses, and when the weather is friendly, Chris's e bike can also be quite fun", she added.
"Sometimes you have to look at your status Nora, for crying out loud you are now the director of the Bromwick Group, and you are the one in charge of the Axel Group's partnership. If you continue going on buses, cabs and your husband's e bike, you would soon be talked about", Tesla adviced.
Chris gave it a thought as well, and found sense in what Tesla said.
