Linda turned to Chris and asked, "Chris, I thought you said you made reservations here too, where is it then?"
"I really don't know where the reservation was made. I simply texted the owner and requested for a reservation awaiting my coming", Chris replied casually.
"Are you kidding me? Do you even know who the owner is? When are you going to quit your incredible lies? The owner of the place is the notorious Overl Hong! How dare you make such claims?", Aaron rebuked immediately.
Chris them brought out his phone and went to view the message Overl Hong sent him.
"He said the reservations were made for the Diamond box", Chris added as he looked at his phone.
When Aaron heard this, he began to laugh, "Diamond box? Chris you really are a clown. Do you know the people allowed in the Diamond box? Only the princes in the Hillsprings is allowed in their. And not more than 10 people are allowed in there! And you, you are just useless!", Aaron spoke irritated.
Tesla said nothing but couldn't help but think in heart how Chris was going too far with his lies. How on earth was he supposed to get the Diamond box with his current status? She always thought that Chris was a little bit useless and penniless, but she never knew he could brag this much about what he wasn't capable of.
Such disappointment!
Chris simply laughed and remained speechless. "Chris, come on now, even my father, Mr. White, is not qualified to go into the diamond box, how much more eating there! You lie too much!", Benjamin added sarcastically.
"Benjamin, Chris isn't even qualified to eat up the leftovers at the diamond box", Linda mocked.
Chris stared at Benjamin and sneered. What a moron! Only yersterday Overl Hong made a mess of your brother, and now you are here at his resturant.
"Benjamin, I heard something happened to your brother yersterday?", Chris asked deliberately.
"Who told you that?", Benjamin asked suprised.
"He was assualted yersterday, and now he hasn't gained conciousness. We are still making our investigation, to know who dared to such a thing to him! Do you know who did?", Benjamin added.
Chris replied with a negative nod, as he pretended to be ignorant, "Not really, I just heard that something happened to him and so decided to hear from his brother", he added.
Benjamin sneered pissed.
"Don't you dare talk about my family with your filthy mouth. Next time be very careful, I won't not take such rubbish again!", Benjamin warned.
Chris simply smiled ignoring him.
What a family of idiots!
He has no idea that Overl Hong was responsible for his brother's unconsciousness. How interesting.
Just then, a man wearing a black suit rushed out of the resturant, and ran to Chris.
Chris looked closely at his face, and recognised him as one of Overl Hong's bodyguards from yersterday.
When the man finally got to where Chris was, he bowed. Chris quickly but gently shook his head from left to right.
On seeing this, the guard quickly stopped, he understood that Chris didn't want to be treated that way. "Welcome to the classy mansion, please follow me, the preparation has long been made", the guard added.
On hearing this, Aaron was shocked. When did the golden box reservation start treating people in such a manner, even before he mention his name, someone had come to welcome him.
He was quite impressed.
Benjamin beside him simply sighed, "Aaron, your reputation precedes you. This guys seems to be next in command to Overl Hong. It seems you are very imporatant to Mr. Overl Hong. Are you friends with him? If that's true, you've really done a nice job soaring low key", Benjamin added as they followed the guard.
Aaron simply laughed, "There really isn't a need to brag about this, it's best to stay on a low profile!", Aaron said and laughed some more, smiling at Tesla.
