The next morning, April 3rd, Chris simply packed some clothes, said goodbye to his wife and parents-in-law, and set off on a journey back to Cliffspring once again.
This time he did not take the Arthur family's private plane, but took the Bart business jet given to him by Walter, and together with Marloy Smith, prepared to depart for Cliffspring.
After boarding the plane, he called Asher and told her that he was about to take off and would land at Cliffspring airport in about an hour or so.
Asher was naturally overjoyed and said on the spot that she would immediately leave and go to the airport to prepare for the greeting.
And just when the plane had slowly launched and was about to accelerate at the end of the runway, Chris received a phone call from Pablo, Arthur's old man.
On the phone, he couldn't hide his excitement and asked, "Chris, when are you coming to Cliffspring?"
Chris said indifferently, "I'm on the plane right now and will be taking off soon."
