Cyril came to Sue in the middle of the night with 1 goal in mind: to find out what Sue and mother had been through and mainly who had saved them.
He also overheard his mother explaining the particular process of her encounter, which is the so-called version of the tale in which a mysterious individual was there who saved them but never turned up, at the dinner table.
Cyril still has the feeling that something is wrong, even though there are no apparent flaws in the reasoning.
And also, his grandfather Zodin suspected that this incident was linked to his Divine, who had saved him and his sister in Onal, and he wanted to speak with Sue privately to see if she could make sense of her.
"Sue, you haven't suffered much these days, right?" Cyril inquired as soon as he entered Sue's bed.
"No…" she replied.
"Father, didn't you mention that you didn't have any resentment at the dinner table?" Sue asked, moved. "Instead, I ate and slept every day and developed a lot of meat."
"There's none…"
Cyril sighed and exhaled a breath of relief: "Brother is worried that I will be affected.
After all, it would be difficult to sustain minor injuries in such a huge car accident."
Sue agreed and listened to what he said: "It's only a minor issue. After all, they'd assembled a highly qualified medical staff."
Cyril inquired, intrigued:
"What did you think about the mysterious person who rescued you and mother, Sue?
Why did they come to your aid quietly? And they continued to handle you quietly, without warning the outside world."
"I'm not sure." Sue shared her thoughts as follows:
"I'm not sure how to say this… After all, I haven't seen anybody and they haven't explained why they have come to save us…"
"Sue, sharing the truth with your brother, is there any secret that you didn't say in front of grandpa and others at the dinner table?"
Cyril asked seriously.
"No, I'm talking about the actual case, " Sue said quickly.
"Sue, the 1 who rescued you and mother, isn't he the Divine, right?!" asked Cyril, frowning.
Cyril's abrupt sentence caught Sue off guard. She came to her senses after a while and immediately denied:
"Why would this happen… I had previously exhausted all avenues for locating my Divine. And also, the Divine should be in Onal, and he will not visit Hillsprings."
To be continued...
