The senior officer was surprised to see that William did not resist the treatment this
time, and even cooperated. He hurriedly dismissed the other nurses and stood by to
watch Derila stick the needles into William.
After about half an hour, Derila finished sticking the needles, turned back to the
senior officer and said, "I need His Highness's case and some medicine, please prepare
it."
"You can write the prescription and I'll have them prepared right away." The senior
officer was very happy, "It seems that you little girl still has some skills, I will definitely
report this to Mr. Silas later and let him reward you properly."
"Thank you." Derila casually wrote a list and handed it to the senior officer,
"Please!"
The senior officer took it to the door and left it to his subordinates, not meaning to leave
himself.
Derila exchanged a glance with William.
William spoke slowly, "I'm hungry."
"Huh?" The senior officer first froze for a moment, then couldn't help but be overjoyed,
"Your Highness is finally willing to eat? That's great, I'll have someone prepare it right
away."
"I want to eat something from outside." William's voice was weak and hoarse, with a hint
of sadness, "This hospital food, it's not for humans."
The old officer sighed, "I am sorry for you, Your Highness, I will have it bought."
"Go yourself, lest those guards find out and make another stir." William said with a hint
of pleading, "Please, if I survive, I will be grateful in the future!"
"Your Highness, don't say that." The old officer looked at him with pity, "As a prince, you
should have been enjoying the best of everything."
Halfway through the words, he sighed deeply and changed his tone, "I will go and
prepare for you now."
With that, he hurriedly left, only to walk out of the room, still cautiously urging the people
outside, "Watch carefully, nothing must happen."
"Yes!"
The door of the room closed, leaving William and Derila alone in the room.
Derila hurriedly locked the door behind him and asked William in a low voice,
"William, how did you get like this?"
"They poisoned it." William ate it back and hurriedly pursued, "Derila, are you
alone, or did you come with Mr.Lierger?"
"I came with Monica." Derila was a little ashamed, "I couldn't get through to
Daemon, he wouldn't come."
"I expected that." William smiled bitterly, then said eagerly, "Since he's not coming, you
shouldn't get involved in this matter anymore, hurry up and leave, it's dangerous here."
"No, I have to get you out." Derila helped William up.
"Don't be silly." William hurriedly stopped, "You can't save me, there are guards
everywhere outside, it's impossible to leave, besides, even if we manage to escape
from the hospital, we won't be able to escape from Danontand."
"Then what should we do?" Derila was anxious, "We can't just wait here to die, can
we?"
"The king won't let me die for a while." William sneered, "Danontand is financially
strapped and my group's assets could help him a great deal, so isn't he trying to save
me?"
Derila responded then, "The king is really saving you?"
"Of course it's true." William laughed to himself, "Why else would he have sent me to
the hospital? He didn't want me to get completely well, but he didn't want me to die, and
just being half dead was the best."
"So what now?" Derila couldn't figure out the complexities of this and asked
directly, "Go save Clark and the others first?"
"What happened to Clark and the others?" William hurriedly pursued the question.
"You still don't know?" Derila was stunned for a moment, then sighed, "That's right,
you've been locked up here, you lost contact with the outside world a long time ago, it's
normal that you don't know."
"What's going on?" William asked anxiously.
"William's castle has been sealed off, no one is allowed in or out, no food or water has
been delivered in, and their water and electricity communications have been cut off,
now, those eighty or so people in your castle are in a very dangerous situation."
