Derila booked a flight to Danontand that evening, and then waited for Daemon's
call.
At this time, it was late at night in S Nation, but it was only late in the evening on
Daemon's side.
As a rule, Daemon should have given her a call to tell her the situation after dealing
with Penny, but he didn't.
Derila's heart was a little lost and angry.
She had thought that if Daemon called her, she would explain to him about going to
Danontand tomorrow, so that he wouldn't get upset later when he found out himself.
But since he wouldn't even explain to her about his affair with Penny and didn't even call
her, she didn't want to talk about it either.
Maintaining a relationship was a matter for two people, not for her alone!!!
In the morning, Derila talked to Anthony about going to Danontand when she ate
breakfast, urging Anthony to take his medicine on time every day and to remember to
inspect the orphanage.
Anthony's brow furrowed: "What are you doing in Danontand at this time of the day?
Looking for that William?"
"His condition has relapsed, worse than before the treatment, and he's trapped and
can't come back, so I have to go over there." Derila explained.
"Is it that much of a coincidence?" Anthony expressed disbelief, "Did he deliberately find
an excuse to trick you into going over there?"
"Yes, why do you have to go to Danontand for good reason? Does Sir know?" Perry
asked hastily.
"I haven't told him yet." Derila was drinking her milk, "but I reckon he'll know soon
enough."
She had deliberately said this at the dinner table today to tell Perry as well.
She knew very well in her heart that Perry had been reporting everything on her side to
Harrison.
"I don't like Daemon, but that William, I like even less." Anthony frowned and said, "I
always think he's very deep in the city."
"William's a male version of green tea." Perry blurted out.
"Enough of you two." Derila was very angry, "Don't talk about my friend like that!"
"I'm sorry, Ms.Feroma." Perry said.
The Lierger family's rules were very strict, Perry was originally careful with her words
and respect, but now that she had been with Derila for a long time, she had
gradually become bolder.
Anthony gave Derila a timid look, not daring to say anything else.
"I'm going to pack my things and leave for the airport." Derila put down her cutlery
and urged, "Perry, take good care of Anthony for me while I'm away."
"Ah, Ms.Feroma won't you take me with you?" Perry was anxious, "Sir has instructed me
to look after you in silhouette."
"I'm going out on an errand now, it's not convenient for you to follow me." Derila
was a little impatient, "If you stay here and help me take care of Anthony, that would be
the greatest help to me."
Perry: "But…"
Derila: "No buts, do as I say."
"Okay." Perry didn't dare say any more.
Derila went upstairs to pack her bags, Perry helped Anthony to his room to rest,
and then immediately slipped back to her room to call Harrison.
The phone rang for a long time but no one answered.
It was now 3:30 a.m. in Xendale and Perry was not sure if Harrison had already gone to
bed.
After waiting for half an hour, Harrison didn't reply and Perry's heart was racing.
Derila packed her things and went downstairs, said goodbye to Anthony, and then
drove to the airport.
Anthony was relieved and followed behind, urging, "Be safe and call me if anything
happens."
"Got it." Derila waved her hand without looking back, drove the car and sped away.
When Perry chased out from the room, she could only see the shadow of Derila's
car, she was so anxious that she hurriedly went to call Harrison again.
This time, the call was finally answered, and after Perry reported the matter of
Derila going to Danontand alone. She asked anxiously, "Ms.Feroma has already
gone to the airport, what should we do?"
Harrison: "It's definitely too late for you to follow, and even if you do, it's useless if Ms.Feroma
doesn't take you to Danontand."
Perry: "Well, what then?"
Harrison: "I'll report it to Sir, and he will decide."
