You really are a genius!", she added and I said nothing, "what about your english, you speak quite fluently for some one who was home schooled by grandma", she said, "I read alot", I replied, "interesting", she added, "don't you?", I asked, "I do, but not so much on english, I read more on medicals!", she replied, "but your english is so good!", I said to her, "I know, I owe that to the movies I watched growing up!", she said, "you watched movies?", I asked, "yeah!", she replied, "how?", I asked again remembering the TV at Mrs Claire's house which never came on, so I wondered how she was able to watch a movie during this crisis with zero electricity.

That's how I met them", I added, "what about aunt Vera?", she asked, "she died", I said, "oh, I am sorry about that", she replied, "....please don't be, I am glad she died", I added, "wow! I know you said she was wicked, but don't you miss her?", she asked, "not even a bit; each time I remember, I am overwhelmed by joy, not because of a pleasant memory, but because I am out of her claws", I explained, "that woman must have been something", she added, "yeah, what about your dad?", I asked and she became quiet, "sorry, I shouldn't have said that", I uttered, "no, it's okay, I should try and get over him, it's not like crying or ignoring his death will some how bring him back to life", she explained, "yeah, I know the feeling", I added to comfort her.
"Dad was simply the best, he thought June and I everything we know...apart from the s_x part though", she said and we both began to laugh, "we would go to the river and fish together, I always hated the water so he and June would go swimming and I'll stay by the side bathing, and playing with the sea shells by the river bank. That was the longest we had driven since we got on the car, eventually we ran out of gas, and he ordered that we came down and continued the rest of our journey on foot. It was clear to us that dad was slowly changing, he had become more bossy and more will driven, claiming he had spoilt us by staying in the car all day", she said as she began to cry, "it's okay! You should be happy you saw your dad, I never knew mine; I would kill to have a dad that would push me to work hard to grow and then draw me close to himself with love, and play with me like your dad did, your dad just saw a chance for you all to be saved and didn't want to miss it", I said, "you are right!", she said and slowly stopped crying, "he asked us to take with us all we could, we were already low on what we had and so it was easy for us to bag almost everything we had. We came across some zombies along the way but none had ever approached us, killing them wasn't a problem for my dad and not until recently, when we came across a large number of them, more than hundreds of zombies headed our direction; grenades were thrown, guns were shot but all to no avail, their numbers remained unshakened to a great extent. Suddenly dad gave June his big gun and took the smaller one, a pistol from June. He shot, shouted and ran away from us, I wanted to run after him, but June held me, seemingly instructed to do so, he covered my mouth so I don't scream while he too cried quietly as dad ran off", she explained still shedding tears, "that's enough, you should get some sleep", I said to her as I pulled her close to myself resting my body against the wall that is Medusa.
She cried awhile and we both fell asleep, when we awoke, the sun was out, the storm had stopped, "April!! Derick!!", we heard June's voice, "April!!!", he called on, "June!!", April called aloud, "April!", we heard the voice again; in a few seconds he found our located the cave we were in.
He got in and paused in shocking, "Where are clothes?", he asked furiously, "here!", I said coming forward with her gown, "I leave you alone for one moment and you are already sleeping with this animal!", he said p_ssed, "it's not what you think?", she said as she put her clothes back on, "who are you calling an animal?", I asked p_ssed, "Derick please ignore him, you know how overprotective he can be", she explained, "that's no excuse for him to call me an animal!", I barked, "boys! What's the problem?", Mrs Claire came in, "I have had it! You guys should choose right now who you want to go with, cause I ain't walking another step with this animal!", I said standing in front of the cave.
